I’m Jeni, and I didn’t become a therapist knowing I would specialize in affairs…but I discovered along the way that I’m really good at it.

To be honest, lots of therapists are afraid of working with infidelity, even though it’s so common in our culture.

Emotions are explosive, and many therapists get nervous around the huge questions that affairs raise:

  • Do we still love each other?

  • Can we make this work?

  • Are there fundamental problems that lead to this?

  • Can I trust you again?

  • Do we involve our kids?

  • Am I weak for staying and strong for leaving…or vice versa?

  • Will I ever stop feeling like this

These questions don’t scare me, and they’re the exact questions you’re probably wrestling with right now.

Your confidentiality and privacy are first and foremost to me.

I’ve treated many couples in your shoes, so I know how the emotions unfold, and I can help you anticipate how you might feel at various steps of the healing process.

I’m also a divorced mom who’s still close friends with my ex and #winning at co-parenting. If you end up choosing to split, I’m a living example that life post-divorce doesn’t have to suck.

And…though I clean up nicely and am a consummate professional in the office…don’t be surprised by the tattoos I’ve collected for 30 years, my copious use of colorful language, and the fresh dirt every weekend on my mountain bike.
